WEB BROWSER: HOW TO UPDATE

The following browsers are supported for viewing Pure Flix Familia. We recommend verifying that your browser is updated.

FIREFOX

ANDROID MOBILE:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Firefox.
  3. Select the Firefox app.
  4. If an update is available, select Update.

APPLE MOBILE:

  1. Go to the App Store.
  2. Search for Firefox.
  3. Select the Firefox app.
  4. If an update is available, select Update.

COMPUTER:

  1. Click the three lines in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Help, then About Firefox. On a Mac, select Firefox in the menu bar, then About Firefox.
  3. Allow Firefox to check for and download updates.
  4. Restart Firefox if prompted to complete the update.
GOOGLE CHROME

ANDROID MOBILE:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Chrome.
  3. Select the Chrome app.
  4. If an update is available, select Update.

APPLE MOBILE:

  1. Go to the App Store.
  2. Search for Chrome.
  3. Select the Chrome app.
  4. If an update is available, select Update.

COMPUTER:

  1. Click Customize and control Google Chrome in the upper right corner (three vertical dots).
  2. From the menu, select Help.
  3. Select About Google Chrome.
  4. Chrome will check for updates and display the current version. Allow any available update to install.
  5. Select Relaunch if prompted to complete the update.
MICROSOFT EDGE

ANDROID MOBILE:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Edge.
  3. Select the Microsoft Edge app.
  4. If an update is available, select Update.

APPLE MOBILE:

  1. Go to the App Store.
  2. Search for Edge.
  3. Select the Microsoft Edge app.
  4. If an update is available, select Update.

COMPUTER:

  1. Click Settings and more in the upper right corner (three dots).
  2. Select Help and feedback.
  3. Select About Microsoft Edge.
  4. Allow Edge to check for updates. If prompted, select Download and install.
  5. Select Restart if prompted to complete the update.
SAFARI

Safari updates are included with updates to your Apple device's operating system.

APPLE MOBILE:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Select General.
  3. Select Software Update.
  4. If an update is available, follow the onscreen instructions to install it.

COMPUTER (MAC):

  1. Open the Apple menu in the upper left corner.
  2. Select System Settings.
  3. Select General, then Software Update.
  4. If an update is available, follow the onscreen instructions to install it.
