Pure Flix Familia supports iOS 16.6 or later.

To check for software updates:

1. Open "Settings".
2. Select "General".
3. Select "Software Update".
4. Verify that your device has the latest software update available for it.

1. Open the "App Store".
2. Select search or the magnifying glass.
3. Search for "Pure Flix Familia".
4. Select "Get" or the cloud icon next to the app.
5. Open the app when the download is complete.
6. Sign in with the email address and password for your Pure Flix Familia account.

Step 1 Check your software version

1. Open "Settings".
2. Select "General".
3. Select "Software Update".
4. Verify that your device has the latest software update available for it.

Note: Pure Flix Familia requires iOS 16.6 or later.

Step 2 Uninstall the app

1. Find Pure Flix Familia on your device's Home Screen.
2. Touch and hold the app.
3. Select "Remove App", then "Delete App".
4. Select "Delete" to confirm.

Step 3 Reinstall the app

1. Open the App Store and search for "Pure Flix Familia".
2. Select the cloud icon next to the app.
3. When the download is complete, restart your device.
4. Open Pure Flix Familia, sign in, and try the app again.

1. Play a title.
2. Tap the screen and select the square box.
3. Select "Subtitles".
4. Select an available caption language to turn captions on or "Off" to turn them off.

• Home: Select "Home" to return to the app homepage.
• Browse: Select "Browse" in the app to view categories.
• Search: Select the magnifying glass and enter a title in the search bar.
• Add or remove a saved title: Select the heart on the poster while browsing, or open the title and select its heart. A filled heart indicates that the title is in "My List"; an outline indicates that it is not.
• View saved titles: Select "My List".
• Sign out: Select the account icon, then "Sign out".
